My Education Background

Education Background

I am a MBA student in University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) now.  This program helps me to think things deeply and see things widely.  It is a great chance for me to practice to think and to do things in different ways.  Indeed, it is a training for practicing problem solving and decision making.

I learned a lot from Marketing Management and Channels Management; I understand how to segment the market, position the product, reach the target, and use marketing mix after SWOT and 5 forces competitions analysis.

Management courses are the most important  to me.  Although I have no management experience before, I fully realized how to manage quality and project in different industries from Operations Management.  Now I am highly interested in Seminar in Policy( Strategy Management).   I enjoy the way this course is conducted and presented to us.  My expectation is that I can be a visionary, communicator and motivator to set up the corporate mission, develop business growth strategy and manage the strategy.

Culture is emphasized as an important feature in the management courses.  It helps me to work in a global environment in the future. There are many discussions about company culture, organizational structure, leadership, negotiation, conflict, and human resource practices in Culture and Business Practices, Organizational Behavior, and Human Resource Management.
